Podhrazi Mlyn Tomice

Here we have two apartments up for rent at an old watermill.

The house is located approximately 50 km (22 miles) south of Prague near

a nature reserve.

General information

The Republic of Czech becomes more popular among tourists. It is a friendly, variated and inexpensive holiday destination with an extremely warmhearted community.

Several castles, health resorts, beautiful cities and open country makes the Czech republic the holiday destination for everyone and everybody.

Location

The two apartments are both situated in an old water mill which is located near a big lake against the hills and forest of the nature reserve.

There is an old trainstation located at approximately 1500 m (1 mile) from the house, where you have a good connection to the capital Prague.

Each apartment has it’s own entrance inside the mill. Through the courtyard, where you can safely park your car, you can reach the garden. There you will find an orchard, a pond with fish and a safe place for your children to play wich is surounded by a fence. The complex is located on a large area (app. 5 ha) where you can enjoy your privacy. You can make use of the luxurious furniture for the garden. In the mill you will also find: a fitnessmachine, a dartboard, a table footballgame and several partygames.

In Bystrice (app. 3 Km or 1,5 miles) is a supermarket and nearby (in the area) you can find several restaurants.

Environment and sportsmanship/cultural activities

The entire year you can do a lot of activities in the area like: mountainbiking, swimming, walking, gliding, pleasure flights (3 Km or 1,5 miles away there is a small airport), diving, (several diving places in the area), cross-country skiing and skating. In Benešov (app. 10 Km or 6.25 miles) you can go to a: indoor swimming pool, sauna, tennis court and miniature golf.

Approximately 20 Km away there are two ski runs where you can ski.

You can reach Prague by train as well by car. There are several castles in the area.

A spacious 3-chamber apartment situated on the top floor of the mill.

Apartment B (built in 2000)

A with atmosphere 4-chambers apartment located on the ground floor of the mill.
